Well not to worry! Here we go! a quickie for today!
- 1 Pound Butter (Or margarine) – Softened
- 1 1/2 Cups Of Sugar
- 3 Large Eggs
- 2 Cups Of All Purpose Flour
- 1/3 Cup of 2% Milk
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Almond Extract
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Grease 2 8 inch rounds ( or whatever you want to use.)
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add in the remaining ingredients.
- Pour in pans. (Don't worry, it is a thick batter.)
- Bake 25-35 minutes. (Until toothpick comes out clean.)
- Remove from oven, let cool five minutes.
- Flip out onto rack and let cool fully.
- Top and decorate as you wish.
- Serve and enjoy!
